Austin Cappetta
Creative Producer / Writer
About
Hi, my name is Austin Cappetta,

…that’s double P double T!

I caught the entertainment bug through performing in theatre when I was young. Through theatre, I realized I want to tell and organize stories of my own design.

I earned my bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Connecticut and started my career in agencies, both talent and literary. I’ve built rosters, edited scripts, and collaborated with celebrities. I’ve worked at NBCUniversal, and now, I work as a Video Writer & Producer for an educational company where I lead the end-to-end production cycle of video content. Outside of my day-to-day work, I’m always developing new stories across many mediums.

As a producer, my philosophy is simple: make everyone else’s jobs easier. That means being present, organized, and ready to drop everything to help move the work forward.

What I love most about my job is the moment when I get to see the audience’s reaction and hear their discussions afterwards.
